Kim Martin

Kim Martin joined the MACM team in 2023. Kim is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive management experience in clinical and endoscopy settings. Over a career spanning nearly three decades, Kim has held progressive leadership roles where responsibilities included serving as Compliance Coordinator, Patient Advocate, Project Nurse, Charge Nurse, and Endoscopy Supervisor. In these roles, she has managed large teams—coordinating schedules for both staff and physicians and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Kim has played a key role in policy development, emergency preparedness, and quality assurance, and was instrumental in achieving and maintaining accreditations and implementing new programs. This management experience is complemented by a strong background in staff training, performance evaluation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Kim is a member of the American Society for Health Care Risk Management.
